INTEGRATED MARKETING COMMUNICATION NARUNA KERAMIK DALAM MEMBANGUN BRAND AWARENESS PADA MASA PANDEMI

The challenges faced in the business are getting heavier. Besides competition, pandemic caused a heavy blow for Micro Small Medium-Sized Enterprises, resulting decrease business. But, difference occurs Naruna Keramik which has grown fast during pandemic. Therefore this research aims to know and describe integrated communication strategy of build brand awareness situation. This is analyzed using five marketing mixes: advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, direct marketing, public relations. uses qualitative methods descriptive types. data collected mixed including interviews, documentation, observation, survey. result that all mixes use online media proven be effective optimizing strategy, from most building advertising relations social aspect. on recall level, where people can memorize mention after top mind brand.
